Project/event directions for participation: See Google Doc link for instructions (or read below). Share an image that embodies the following questions: How do hobbies affect us? Why do we enjoy sports, music, theatre, and other hobbies/pastimes so much? What can we learn about a person or a culture through their favorite sports or pastimes? Instructions for participants: Share your own image via Instagram or Twitter that demonstrates how hobbies/pastimes affect you, how they can help communities bond/heal/grieve, how they can help people make new friends, and how you can learn a lot about an individual person or even a whole culture through this unique lens. Write a caption that may describe your experience Feel free to write in your native language! My students are studying Spanish, so their photos will be captioned in Spanish!
